This beautiful vintage secretary desk has several drawers in the base, and a drop front desk portion. Of course, the interior of the desk has several small drawers and cubbies.

Also, the desk has beautiful solid brass hardware, which really gives the desk a timeless look.

Monitor Furniture

Nice vintage furniture company, Monitor Furniture, has a great reputation for fine solid cherry and maple furniture. The New York State company made beautiful reproduction pieces of Early American style and Colonial furniture.

This particular desk has all of the earmarks of quality: dovetailed drawers, solid wood construction, solid brass hardware and beautiful proportions.

We refinished this desk in order to bring back the beauty and luster of the cherry wood. It shows very nicely. It also includes a key that opens the desk and can lock the desk drawers.
