What is a Vintage Gold Mirror Worth? Value? Price?

Bohemians sold the vintage gold mirror pictured in March of 2021 for about $300. The vintage mirror was by a very good brand “La Barge”. Vintage mirrors for decorating have become quite popular in the last few years and the prices for pretty good condition mirrors has gone up. Mirrors of this type frequently range at auction from $150 to $600 in the last few months. Condition matters the mirror must be flaw free and hang well with no damage. If dameaged expect to realize a price of about $25, the value decreases greatly.

Item: Vintage La Barge Gold Mirror in Hollywood Regency or Chippendale style.

Age & Condition: Circa 1970-1980. Some light signs of wear and use.

Dimensions: 25″ wide x 42″ tall x 2″ deep.

Vintage La Barge Mirror with very unique shape. This unique vintage mirror has a great look!

Of course, the La Barge mirror has a Chippendale style shape with scrolls on the top. It seems the mirror is made of wood and resin and gilded.
