Winooski (Vermont) Maple Dresser
Made in the 1950’s-1960’s, this rock maple dresser features dovetailed construction and wooden dust covers. Also, the case has pined dowels in places. Indeed, this dresser is made to last!
The dresser also has an unusual overhang style. Apparently, this overhang style was used to echo early New England Architecture.
We lightly refinished this long dresser in order to bring back the beauty of the Maple wood. It has a nice light finish. Some of the brass hardware does show a bit of tarnish.
