Item: Antique Four Drawer Chest in Mahogany Wood. Age & Condition: Circa 1930. Refinished and restored. Good condition, but some signs of age inside the drawers. Locks are not present. Dimensions: 34″ wide x 19″ deep x 36″ tall.
Item: Vintage Rocking Chair by Nichols & Stone Furniture. Age & Condition: Circa 1970. Very good vintage condition. Dimensions: 22″ wide x 19″ deep at the seat (29″ deep rocker) x 41.5″ tall. Seat height is 15″ tall.
Item: Vintage Black Distressed Dining Chairs, includes two arm chairs and six side chairs. Age & Condition: Circa 1990. Good vintage condition. Reupholstered seats. Dimensions: Arm Chairs: 25″ wide x 19″ deep x 41″ tall (seat height 19″ tall). Side Chairs: 21″ wide x 18″ deep x 41.5″ tall.
