Age & Condition: Circa 1990. Some signs of wear to the upholstery. Wing Back Chair Frame is in very good shape.

Vintage Wingback Chair

Beautiful, high quality vintage Wingback chair by Hickory Chair Furniture. This lovely traditional wing chair has such a great look. This Wingback Chair by Hickory Chair furniture sold at Bohemians for about $600 during February 2022.

Of course, the wing chair has a beautiful design, with a wide set arm and unique flat armrest. Additionally, the chair has a very elegant ball and claw foot. Finally, it has a little extra scroll in the flaired arm.

Certainly, the traditional vintage wingback chair has a very appropriate damask fabric. However, you could certainly chose to reupholster the frame in a fabric of your choice.

As you may know, Hickory Chair Furniture is a reputable furniture brand from North Carolina. This particular chair belongs to the James River Collection, which celebrates early American designs from Virginia. Obviously, this type of chair would fit in perfectly in a plantation style home.
