Description

Stately and elegant vintage huntboard in solid mahogany wood. This nice vintage sideboard by Cresent Furniture shows great quality!

Vintage Huntboard

Of course, this vintage huntboard has a fairly simple design. It features tall Federal style legs, a beautiful five drawer design and an arched apron.

Additionally, the sideboard has simple brass hardware.

Virigina Style Federal Sideboard

Certainly, Cresent Furniture appears to have drawn on Period Furniture from the Mid-Atlantic or Virigina region. The tall legs, simple drawer profile and elegant shape echos period huntboards from the Colonial period.

Cresent Furniture

Without question, Cresent Furniture Company has an established reputation for quality. The company used very nice species of mahogany and domestic cherry for their bedroom, dining, and accent furniture.

This huntboard has dovetailed drawers, and features oak as the secondary wood. Also, it has brass hardware and brass capped feet.

We refinished the sideboard in order to bring back the beauty of the mahogany.
