Age & Condition: Circa 1970, refinished and restored. New upholstery. Some flaws to the frames.

Dimensions: Side Chair 18″ wide x 17″ deep x 34″ tall. Seat Height 18″ tall.
Arm Chair: 21″ wide x 18″ deep x 35″ tall. Seat Height 19″ tall.

Vintage Dining Chairs

Beautiful and unique vintage dining chairs by Henkel Harris Furniture Company. These lovely solid cherry dining chairs have a beautiful traditional look.

Of course, the chairs have a nice vase-shaped back splat. Also, they have gently swooping legs. Finally, the chairs have an upholstered seat.

Certainly, the arm chair (one included in the set) has a fabulous scrolled arm.

Henkel Harris Furniture

Fine furniture maker, Henkel Harris Furniture, from Winchester, Virginia, is famous for their fine reproduction furniture. These chairs have a sturdy frame and a nice look.

We refinished these chairs and had the seats redone with new foam and fabric. The new upholstery fabric is blue with a small geometric print.

However, there are still some light imperfections to the chair frames: there is some scratching on one back-splat. Also, there are some dark scratches on a few chair legs. Finally, there is a place where an old repair likely was done on the top back of the chair. Please see the photos to review these small imperfections.
