Vintage Chest of Drawers
This vintage chest of drawers has lovely proportions, with four graduated drawers and nice fluted canted corners on either side. Additionally, the chest has traditional ogee bracket feet and nice Chippendale style brass hardware.
Biggs Furniture
Certainly, Biggs Furniture has a great reputation for quality. This Richmond, Virginia company was purchased by Kittinger in the 1970s to produce their “Old Dominion” lines of furniture. Biggs made beautiful reproduction Colonial pieces and adaptations from the period.
We refinished this mahogany chest in order to restore the lovely mahogany wood. It has a nice medium brown color and lovely satin warmth.
