Vintage Annapolis Artwork – Framed and Signed by the artist, Barbara Noel Deiso. This lovely original artwork is a pen and ink and watercolor on paper.

Of course, the very detailed work features a beautiful scene of the Annapolis harbor. Additionally, it has a nice round shape.

The work includes a handwritten note by the artist which acts as a legend for the historic buildings featured.

The frame and work are in good vintage condition, with minor signs of age. Please see photos.
