“Ties that Bind” Limited Edition Print by G. Harvey

“Ties that Bind” Limited Edition Print by G. Harvey in very nice frame. This charming piece of artwork has a touching scene of a church letting out parishioners after a Winter mass. The main figures are an older man and younger child, walking through the snow.

This print shows G. Harvey’s expressive and impressionistic style. G. Harvey is the pen name of Gerald Harvey Jones (1936-2017), an artist who has been collected by Lyndon B. Johnson and other notable people. Many of the themes of his work center around Christianity and family.

The print has a very nice lilac matting and gilded frame. It is in very good vintage condition, although there is a small tear to the back brown paper covering. The print includes a “Certificate of Authenticity” and the work is also stamped in the bottom left corner.
