Item: Antique Empire Style Chest of Drawers in Mahogany and Cherry.

Age & Condition: Circa 1840-1850. Good structural condition with a few small flaws to the veneer in places.

Dimensions: 42.5″ wide x 20.5″ deep x 45″ tall.

Mahogany and Cherry Antique Empire Chest of drawers. This antique chest of drawers has beautiful wood grain!

The four drawer chest features two simply carved columns on either side. Also, it has beautiful mahogany drawer faces on each drawer. The top drawer also features a beaded edge.

The hand dovetailed drawers demonstrate the age of the chest (circa 1840-1850, in our opinion).

The chest is in overall very good condition. The drawers function very well and glide smoothly. However, there are a few chips and areas of imperfection here and there. Please see photos.
