Age & Condition: Circa 1830-1840. Refinished but still has much of its rustic appearance. Magnets and handles added to the cabinet doors.

Antique Cherry Empire Buffet

Antique Buffet with unique carvings. This massive cherry buffet has a great impressive look and provides great storage.

The cherry antique buffet has three deep drawers and three cabinet doors underneath. The cabinet doors provide three separate cabinet spaces with a shelf inside each one.

We added knobs to these cabinet doors and magnets on the interior because the original locks were broken. So, each door is much easier to use now.

The buffet has a nice canted column on either side. This canted column extends to the backsplash as well. Nice renaissance style carvings decorate the feet of the antique sideboard and the backsplash.

We refinished this buffet in order to bring out the beauty of the cherry. It has a sort of rustic yet refined look that could compliment a great number of homes!
