Item: Vintage Queen Anne Chairs by Raymond Smith Furniture (Shippensburg, PA).

Age & Condition: Late 1970s. Restained. Original upholstery with some light spots.

Dimensions: 19″ wide (17″ wide at the seat) x 16″ deep x 39″ tall. Seat Height 18.5″ tall.

Vintage Dining Chairs

Nice vintage dining chairs in solid cherry. These pretty Queen Anne style dining chairs have a great look and show very good quality.

Certainly, the chairs show the hand-crafted quality that Raymond Smith Furniture Company was known for. Each chair features a signature of the craftsperson as well.

The chairs have a slender frame, with the widest part being at the “knees” of the chairs. Also, they have a nice upholstered seat with piping along the edge.

The chairs show good vintage condition. We restained the frames. However, there are some light dents in the frames. Please see photos. Also, the chair upholstery is original and has a few minor spots. Please see photos.
