Vintage Banded Mahogany Dining Table
This nice vintage banded mahogany dining table has a lot of wonderful features. Firstly, it has a lovely banded mahogany top, with a ring of satinwood inlay. Certainly, this gives the table a warm glow. Additionally, it helps pull together different species and colors of wood in a room.
Additionally, it has a double pedestal base. The two pedestals make it easier to seat many people.
Finally, the dining table includes three 22 inch leaves. This stretches the table to nearly 12 feet.
White Furniture Company
The White Furniture Company made nice quality furniture out of their North Carolina workshops for many years. Sadly, they went out of business in the 1990s and were acquired by Hickory Furniture Company.
We did a light refinish on the table top. However, the table still has a light rub in the center. Please see photos. Also, the pedestal bases still show some signs of fading, with one pedestal in particular being quite light in color. Please see photos.
