Age & Condition: Vintage circa 1950. Refinished and reupholstered.

Dimensions: 40″ wide x 7 feet when fully extended.

Morganton Cherry Table and Chairs

Beautiful Morganton cherry table and chairs with two leaves. This beautiful solid cherry dining table has drop sides. In other words, the table can close up so small or extend to 7 feet! The rounded sides click up into place with metal hinges. The three pedestal bases can then spread apart to accommodate the two extra boards.

The beautiful set of Morganton chairs includes one captain’s chair (with arms) and five side chairs. They have a lovely comfortable back and have been reupholstered in a charming red diamond fabric.

This set dates to circa 1950 and was made in Morganton North Carolina. The table and chairs have been refinished and beautifully restored. However, there is a very faint dent in one table leaf.
