Of course, this vintage blockfront chest of drawers echoes 18th century design. In particular, the blockfront design mimics early chests by Samuel Goddard and others in New England. Certainly, this pretty detail on the front of the drawers adds so much to a plain chest.
This accent chest of drawers also has nice Chippendale style hardware in brass.
