Antique Corner Cabinet
This antique corner cabinet has a lot of very pretty design elements. Firstly, it has two doors with glazed glass panes. Secondly, it has two paneled doors for hidden storage down below. Finally, it has a scalloped apron and large top crown with a 90 degree return. Some antique afficianados feel this 90 degree return on the crown is an indication that this was a Virginia-made, and in particular, a Shenandoah Valley piece.
Regardless of its origin, this Primitive Corner cabinet has a great old look for an historic farmhouse, stone house or Colonial home. It has a very endearing rustic charm.
Early Corner Cupboard
The early corner cupboard has a great look and retains all of its original patina and charm. That said, we did re-enforce the back center leg with a new piece of wood, in order to shore up the integrity of this very old piece. Also, we are not sure that the glass panes are all original.
