Antique Hall Tree
This lovely antique hall tree has a pretty design with a center mirror, several hooks and two umbrella stands. Of course, it has a fairly simple style, in fitting with the Mission period.
However, it does also have a few decorative features that give it tremendous style. It has a few rounded decorative trim pieces, as well as a slightly bowed top. Additionally, it has a few rounded vertical slats that also act as supports. These round elements echo the round beveled mirror and break up all the straight lines.
Finally the Antique Hall tree has great Art Nouveau brass hooks, that mimic the signature “whiplash” motifs of the period!
Mission Style Hat Rack
We refinished this Mission style hat rack in order to restore the beauty of the oak wood. All parts appear to be original to the piece.
