Antique Side by Side Secretary Desk
This antique side by side has a secretary desk on the left side. Of course, that includes a lovely drop front desk and some drawers for storage. Inside the secretary desk are some cubbies and smaller drawers.
On the right side of the side by side is a bowed glass china or display cabinet, backed with curly maple in the back. Inside this section are four adjustable shelves.
This side by side has lovely brass hardware and nice carved details! It also has a beveled glass mirror and additional cubby for display above the desk.
Victorian Furniture
We refinished this antique side by side secretary desk in order to restore the lovely mahogany veneers. There are some places on the top of the desk that were patched and repaired. The mirror also has several signs of age. Please see photos.
This side by side is a beautiful example of late Victorian furniture!
