Antique Empire Chest
Beautifully made 19th century four drawer antique Empire chest with beautiful flame mahogany and banded drawer fronts. Large graduated drawers typical of this Empire Style furniture. Wooden knobs and nice spindle turnings on each side. Scroll feet. This piece was hand-made and shows beautiful craftsmanship in the dovetailing and veneer work. It would be beautiful in a hallway, bedroom or living room.
This piece has been refinished. The locks are no longer present in each drawer.
