Item: Antique Secretary or Butler’s Desk with Tall Legs.

Age & Condition: Circa 1840-1850. Refinished and Restored. Legs may have been lengthened at some point.

Dimensions: 47″ wide x 26.5″ deep x 39.5″ tall.

Antique Secretary Desk on legs in nice cherry wood. This antique secretary desk has a great and unique look and could be very practical for any room in the house!

The tall desk has long straight legs. We believe that someone may have added to the legs in order to bring it up to a nice comfortable height.

Also, the desk has a fold out writing surface that looks like a drawer. Under that large drawer are two smaller drawers. Hepplewhite style hardware finishes the desk.

We refinished this piece in order to restore it back to its original glory. It is in good condition.
