Age & Condition: Circa 1850. Refinished and restored. Good, with some signs of character.

Antique Church Pew

Beautiful Antique Church Pew from a 19th century church in Reading, Pennsylvania. This beautiful church pew has great detail on the arms and sides.

Of course, the church pew features ash wood for the sides and back. Then, it has beautiful walnut scroll arms. Finally, on the sides of the church pews, you will find beautiful burl walnut inserts.

We refinished these old church pews in order to bring them back to life. Previously, they were coated with a very opaque brown floor stain in the 1930s.

The church pew shows beautifully. However, some signs of character remain. Please see photos.
